It's not the app but the service itself. Don't download this app! Augustatogo is painfully slow and overpriced. Stick to other food delivery service. 1.5 hours to get food from an "express place" that is 5 miles away. Driver supposedly at restaurant for 30+ min. Not to mention it took her 40 min to get there. Then when she left it said it would take her 20 min to get here. This isn't LA! Just horrible.

Ordered pizza and the delivery time was almost two hours. At that point, I figured forget it, I'll just go get it myself. Called the restaurant, and they told me I had to deal with the 3rd party app. So I canceled the meal entirely, and tried to call Augusta Togo to let them know. I called over 20 times(I have the screenshots) and eventually when I called someone switched me to voice-mail. I emailed and left a voice-mail. If you can switch someone to voicemail, you can answer their call.

I usually order with this app, but after waiting almost 2 hours for an update, I called the restaurant to see what was going on and if they even got our order. They said the driver never came to pick up it and its been ready for pickup for almost an hour. Tried to call the company multiple times but no one answered.
