Fantastic tool to manage emotions or practice mindfulness. No ads! The new update makes it easy to track emotions by day, week, month. Many emotions to pick from. Sets a daily goal, notification option. Very clear and easy to use app. Absolutely love it. Perfect!!!

The app has a vast array of feelings to choose but it's very hard to find the feeling you are looking for which is very time consuming and frustrating. Also the scoring system is not an accurate way to track your mood from a scientific standpoint, as the user can easily increase their score by selecting multiple negative moods or by entering moods more often throughout the day. This completely skews the data and is not a reliable source of information.

Thank you for the app - very nice and easy to use. I have a question: I have Xiaomi Redmi 3S (Android 6.0) with latest version of app and 2 years of diary , and Huawei P smart 2019 (Andorid 10) . Both are logged to same google account (mine) How can I transfer / sync diary data from Xiaomi to Huawei ? (new app version does not have any sync / save options)

Hi, thank you very much for your review. U can install the app in Huawei & sign-in you will get all the records. Currently we don't support sync across multiple devices in real time. We are working on it.
