FirstNet Assist provides all primary and extended primary first responders with support tools at their fingertips. This app provides access to Customer Care using multiple methods, as well as providing real-time self-diagnostics based on your device brand and model. In case your device is uplift-ready, the app allows you to request uplift from the field to any current uplift request within 50 miles radius of your current location. FirstNet Assist requires a login to the FirstNet portal.

A lot easier to login to than the FN portal, however major things are missing. as the LC POC why not give me full access to devices, billing, and most importantly the ability to uplift by creating a new incident. I can only assume the uplift in this app is to allow you to see if there is an incident nearby. request an uplift into that incident, but no clue how that is supposed to work, especially since once uplifted you are uplifted nationwide.

I have a hard time logging into my firstnet account on the web, so thoight the app would be better, and allow me to pay my bill through. nope still having trouble logging, and it seems as though when you open the app, it juat forwards you to the webpage. its been a bit of a headache having this service.

I don't understand the point of this App, since everything I click on opens up my internet browser. I would love if you could make this mote like the ATT app, an place to manage everything about the plan, uplift requests, track usage, etc.
