AppleTree Credit Union

In general the AppleTree Credit Union app has been convenient & easy to use. Issues with the app again. For the last 3 days when I try to open it, all I get is an error has occurred & call for assistance message. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, as this has worked in the past, but no change. Would be helpful to receive information directly from my bank if they are having issues.

This app it's been great until this week. I did a mobile deposit of a check on 5/31 & on 6/3 it still wasn't showing as deposited. I called the bank & they show no record of it. Nothing pending, nothing failed, nothing deposited. I was told it should show up the same day, if nothing else as a pending deposit. I tried it again & it still didn't register a deposit was made or even attempted. Now I have to go in to deposit it which defeats the purpose of the app. Super inconvenient!

Not a bad bank app. it still lags behind most of the other bank apps that I use though. I would like to see fingerprint authentication available as well as what needs to be written on the back of a check to do mobile deposit.
