Good app to help you along in your yoga practice. I like that there are more difficult poses involved than most of the other apps I have tried. I wish there was a way to take out the rests in between poses without manually skipping them. It would help to keep things flowing a little better.

Exercises are very good. Explaining video is perfect. But the whistle in yoga??? All your relaxing and calmness dissappear at once. Yoga is not about 1-2-3-go, mind is the same important as exercises.

Very clear and well understood, easy to do moves for beginners such as myself. Love it. Plan to do it twice a day AM and PM to relax my mind and body.
