About this game

—Summary—

Richter and his boss, Leslie, are private detectives hired
to help enforce Prohibition in Cleveland, Ohio.

However, when Richter catches the eye of a charismatic mob boss,
a different story falls into place...

—Info—

Your Dry Delight is a small, noncommercial game by Argent Games! As a historical romantic comedy, it focuses primarily on a lighthearted atmosphere, but we've also taken pains to be historically accurate and touch on some deeper themes related to Prohibition.

Your Dry Delight also features a somewhat different approach to routes: while there are technically 2 romance routes, they tie together at the end of the story, resulting in a single ending.

I have a complicated relationship with BL games/media, but for once I can finally say how much I love it! I have to admit that the setting along had already hooked me (the 1920s is one of my weak spots), but the stay was due to the great characters. The charm in this story is practically brimming. There are more than a couple times that the interactions between characters made me laugh out loud. I can also appreciate the historical accuracy that the authors instilled in dialogue and observations. The game overall was a little short, yet I loved it nevertheless.

I loved it!! The background music & sounds helped add to what was happening with the characters and made it all the more real. I wished it had been longer because it's one of the best interactive BL story games I've come across so far. And I was pleasently surprised by the 'save' and 'gallery' sections instead of using chapters. I normally don't write reviews, but this blew my mind. I really hope more games can be like this one. Bravo!!

I LOVED this game! The music, atmosphere, art, and story was just incredible! Very easy to play, story was very easy to follow, and very easily able to fall in love with all the characters! There were a few times where the buttons got a little funky but all in all, it was such a satisfying experience. I'm a big sucker for stories that have themes like this so it hit right up my alleyway! I wasn't planning on leaving a review but I just had to! Overall, 11/10, would recommend 100%!!!!!!
