Orders are charged from your card but not sent for processing. I have seen so many instances among my work colleagues and it was my turn this time. Early in the morning, I spent time customising my lunch, paid for the item and later, at lunch time, my order was not at the collection point. The catering company said the order was not received so clearly, there is an issue with this app. Worse, this is the only way to place pre-orders in my workplace.

Scanned but points/transactions are not added. I asked the lady behind the counter and she says that it captures at the till ok. Appears to be an issue somewhere. Great concept but just needs to work.
