Arby's Fast Food Sandwiches

On Pixel 6 Pro, every time I try to click "sign in" or "sign up" for the rewards, it opens a webpage for about half a second and then closes it back out immediately with no change. Just flat out won't let me sign in, which kind of defeats the purpose of using the app since you need to be signed in for deals. Also, there's nowhere in the app to report a bug so here we are.

Can't login as hard or as often as I try! There are free sandwich deals I can't access. When I try to login, there is a quick "An error has occurred" message and I'm sent back to the home screen and it's still not logged in! I deleted and redownload the app and it wasn't fixed. I called and they told me that tech support would reach out to me to help me resolve it, but they never did! The app is complete worthless if I can't sign in to use the deals and order ahead.

The app is unusable in its current state, asks for redirect between Chrome or the app. Doesn't load in either, can't login because the app doesn't sync with the browser. Who tests these things? (computer science degree) Also, no option for drive thru pick up. CC input defaults to 10 key for input, returns to keyboard for zip. Redemption of offer is obscure, should ask for selection instead of saying the offer is not available because it isn't clear that adding to bag fulfills requirement.
