The app doesn't work. Not sure what you're supposed to see when it does work, but it would be nice if it did something. I have no idea how to do anything with easy wireless other than just use my phone. I don't know what options I might have, what other purchases I might be able to make, or anything at this point. At least my phone and texting work, which is more than I can say for SafeLink.

Yea I read the other comments about the app. And it's not loading properly. It just spins on easy wireless logo splashscreen. More work needs to fix the bugs in the app. For reference I am using a Samsung galaxy a13 5g.

Good phone company. I've had minimal issues with this company. And I have service most places (as good as my Verizon plan was) PHONE QUALITY MATTERS!!! the free phone works for starters but gets poor reception compared to better phones they offer for more $, also you can use any unlocked phone.
