Can't change the starting point. Keeps saying that there is an Internet problem (there's not) and isn't looking for a location I'm imputing

After spending $33 for a year of this app, I massively regret it. Non of the features are working. I have watched videos on who to use it and others are having the same issues as I. The features won't let me pick west bound travel over the Pacific. If I go LAX to China or Australia or Japan.... It makes the map go completely east clear across the map.... Waste of money and policy says I can't get it back😓

Awful. Total scam. Features such as the destinations were cut out of the screen so I couldn't even see it. It said there's a free trial period and you can even test it before you're forced to sign up for a year. It charged me like $38 for the year and I can't even get a refund even though I didn't even use it and cancelled the subscription within 30 seconds as it didn't work.
