My WATER application is part of the package provided by the MY WATER service subscription.

The application enables customers with a MY WATER subscription plan and with the equipment provided under this plan to have full access to:

Water consumption monitoring - consumption can be monitored for each installed device (water meter) separately, a filter can be selected for different periods for each of the water meters.
Rename appliances in the app for easier identification. Access multiple devices from one account at more than one address.

Alarms for atypical consumption - through the application, information will be received about activated alarms for atypical consumption, which is an indication in most cases of a leak in the plumbing installation.

Access to additional services - customers with a subscription contract for the MY WATER service with an activated profile in the MY WATER application receive discounts on the services requested by them when repairing accidents and other services offered by MY WATER published on the vodatami.bg website. In the case of a request for the repair of plumbing accidents, customers with a subscription to the service have priority for service over customers without a subscription.
