What is pechapuri?
Let's start with what the khachapuri (Bach) is -
Khachapuri is a popular Georgian dish that started in some regions of Georgia, and has since spread to a large part of the country.
It usually consists of a thick, baked piece of sourdough bread covered in layers of cheese, with eggplant, tomato and other toppings - up to you.
And the patzapuri? It is simply an upgrade of the traditional khachapuri.
We took the Italian pizza and combined it together with the Georgian khafouri - together it creates a perfect combination that gives a variety of delicate and intense flavors to the palate...
