Doesn't work on android! I'm trying to plan my entire wedding with this app and it doesn't work on android! I contacted support multiple times and they told me to borrow someone's iPhone... to plan an entire wedding!? No, that's not a valid or reasonable solution. They refused to even partially refund me even though the service I'm paying for is not being provided to me. Don't buy or use!!! Their website also has huge security issues where guests get blocked by firewalls and can't even log in!

Hi Darcy, did you download the new version as suggested? The guest filter feature you had trouble with was fixed.
When you have the Guest List Match privacy feature enabled that means guests that enter details that don't match your list will be prevented access. The idea is to keep your account private - you can always disable it in your settings.

This is a fantastic app. Only really needed an RSVP tool but it has so many other features. It works pretty seamlessly and my guests also enjoyed the interface.

On the whole is good but correspondence is not consistent for all guests which is really annoying. Have had screen shots from a number of people unable to read things or open things while works fine and looks completely different for other guests. Makes life pretty difficult when you don't know if what you can see when you save is what your guests will receive. And yes I do check in confirm tab.

Hi Alex, are you referring to the emails sent from the desktop site? you can preview how emails will show in the Confirm tab. However if certain recipients have special settings like color inversions, it might change the way they see it. Unfortunately it's impossible to predict all possible view settings as there're so many devices and email apps.
