For my phone, I can only use the app if I disconnect from wifi. If I am connected to wifi, it will say "Internet connection not found." It is very slow to load as well when I am connected using mobile data. There is a lag when posting messages. When typing a message and attaching a photo, it will send the photo, but not the text attached.

Love the program and app - it's easy to use with the exception of the delays when entering updates. So if the response time could be improved, I'd probably give the app 5 stars. As a team captain, I would love an option to be able to direct message a team member (I had to email them at work to communicate with them). Also, our team discussed wishing there was more of a variety of emjois, as 👍❤️🤚 aren't always appropriate responses, but sometimes these are: 😂😯😢😐. Thanks!

Interface is simple and easy to use. Really enjoy being able to chat and send pictures to team members to motivate each other during health challenges. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars from me is the mildly long wait times as you are changing pages in the app and logging your points.
