App doesn't work that well. Loooove pizza Boyz so I kept trying until I could place my order. Popup boxes don't pop up in a sensible location (right at the top of the screen so that you cannot read). Restrictions on password make it almost impossible to reset password (my password couldn't update till I shortened it). Error messages overlap the screen and don't clear so you cannot use functionality in app. Overall usability of the app is just poor, and not a very user-friendly experience.

I ordered from them previously and had no issues. I then ordered from different address, paid for delivery and food, was debited and cleared on my card. Only to get a call half an hour later stating that they do not deliver to my area. Yes, they are refunding me. But The app should definitely know what their areas are, it's quite silly that we use an app and then get a phone call, especially with scam season going around. Just a thought but I know their food is great

Completly useless app. First when I try to create an account it tells me that my 14 character password confirmation and password do not match despite the fact that they do, had to reduce it to 9 character and then it worked. Then the SMS/Email verification never sends anything (and yes I did check my spam mailbox). Then I try to order without logging in and it tells me that it does not deliver to my area. Phoned the shop and they took my order and delivered. Easier to just use the phone!
