Peak Pose Yoga

Create unique yoga sequences built around a peak pose. Poses are recommended based on the class level and peak pose that you choose.

1) Choose Class Level

Begin by selecting the level of class, either Beginner or Intermediate +, for which you want to create a sequence.

2) Select Peak Pose

Once you select a class level, a filtered list of peak poses will display appropriate for that level.

3) Build Your Sequence

Recommended poses are provided in warm-up, standing and balance, backbends, seated and cool down categories based on the selected pose and class level. There are more poses in each category than you would use in one sequence to allow you to create several yoga sequences for each pose.

4) Save and Print

The yoga sequences you create can then be printed, saved, edited and deleted.

Peak Pose Premium Membership

This app contains free content but requires a subscription to unlock some of the content. Premium membership is charged on a monthly basis. As a Premium Member, you will have full access to all premium poses.

Your membership automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to sequences created with premium poses. Sequences created with free content will still be available in your account. You can restore your premium poses and sequences at any time by resubscribing.
