Extremely unpleasant experience. I will never invest with them again. My account was deactivates because I hadn't logged in for some time. That's fine, I submitted a request via the app to reinstate my account, which shouldn't take more than a week to process. Fast forward 2 months later and 3 emails to various teams later, I have received ZERO responses from them besides their auto-reply, and when I try logging into my account on the app it says the reinstatement is still "being processed".

don't trust them. their rating is always 0% default but many people already lost money with them. their "support" is non existent as it took at least 2 weeks for a simple reply. always say the same thing, will keep us updated on the delayed payment but no updates.

May 2022. Another red flag? Customer support from app is gone. Money is nearly never paid back on time. The new overhaul changes nothing either. -------- Unreliable in terms of credit rating provided. Trust yourself. Not the bridge app. Whether you will get money on time is also a matter of expectation
