-Body fat percentage calculator:
We have created the most accurate bodyfat calculator on the internet, it works with your body measurements, weight, height and vascularity, this formula solves the common issue with the us navy method, the fat calculated with that formula, it tends to underestimate the fat tissue in regular people and it also tends to overestimate fat levels in athletes. Also, this allows you to calculate your ideal weight range.

-Ffmi or Fat free mass index calculator:
The normalized ffmi is a measurement that will help you to know how muscular you are and in what category you are, for example if you are a begginer, intermediate gym user or a bodybuilder, is very important to calculate this measurement because if it increases it means that you are gaining muscle mass and making progress over time.

-Nutrition calculator:
Calculate your diet according to the type of physical change you want to make, for example if you want to make a muscle definition or a cut then you will need to make a calorie dΓ©ficit in order to achieve that result, otherwise, if you want to maintain your current phyisique you need to just eat your mainteinance calories or if you want to increase muscle mass you need to eat more calories than you burn daily, so with this you will know your kcal to reach this goal, your basal metabolism calories, and your macronutrients partition.

Very discouraging. One could say truth hurts.. But the results are not true. When I was between the indicated healthy weight people tried to feed be because they were concerned I was anorexic.. And now according to these calculations. Now I am not in the healthy category by this app but if I tried I would go (pre-) anorexic for sure.

This app is awful, going from my usual BMI I am usually close to underweight, going off your fat percentage it states I am overweight when it's not even close to correct, not to mention your calorie calculator is awful, minimal calories for your body to function as a female is 1200 yet your calculator is telling me to only eat 1300 to make sure I loose half a kilo every week, over all awful app, not one thing on this app is accurate or trustworthy

sorry about your bad experience with this app, the female body fat calculator works with the international bf formula for females, another thing you need to know is that BMI is not very accurate because it doesn't difference fat from not fat mass, a lot of people have overweight but their BMI is normal, you can use the maintenances calories calc
