Horrible UX. I had given 1 star to prev app, but this one is worse. I want to give it more 1 star ratings. I open the app, there's an ad. The X button doesn't work. Need to press continue. Then I press QR code, which takes another 5 seconds to load. And this is happening with many people, causing chaos and queue at turnstile exit. Horrible experience.

After the database migration and/or app migration, I wasn't able to log in to the system using my email that contained a +. I sent a support ticket, and the support team got back to me with an email saying they had adjusted my email to something that worked. However, I couldn't use that email either. I'd like to continue using the app, and I'm sure the engineering team is drowning in work now, but I do hope there can be a remedy soon.

If your e-mail has characters like - or +, it will not be able to be migrated over because someone on the backend didn't code their database properly. Lost all my suntec points and unable to recover them. Very upsetting and so unnecessary to have need to download a new app for this dogwater app and service. Feels like very low effort or perhaps contracted work from APM Management to develop an app to solve an non existent issue. I'll pass on coming to Suntec by car from now on.
