Absolutely Horrible! So confusing when trying to make a claim. Then when you find where to go you get sent to a page that says "There was an internal service error." Website isn't any better either, always gets stuck on the upload of drivers license. How about we go back to going to the store and filing claims! That works so much better than a failing app and website. Have been on phone with customer service more times than I care to count.

Edited to simplify. Anytime you sign in on a diff browser or app or etc, it creates a session. But I can't activate a specific session by going back to the chrome.page or Gmail app it's random. Not a big deal til it started installing apps to sessions, and telling me I uninstalled on this phone but not others, but it's all this device... so I have apps I can't open or view bc they're "not installed" but they are saying installed on the store page. Also a issue for 2fa verification giving bugs

Not impressed by the Asurion Home+ coverage and app is great for chat, but not finding existing claims. I am happy it covers all types of devices, even ones that were purchased prior to signing up with Asurion Home+ though. So far, I've had an older laptop fixed (had to send in twice though) and offered $85 for an older Seagate external hard drive. They didn't even try to recover my lost data. I probably won't be a customer much longer.
