The app is very simple and easy to use but drastically needs improvement with the redeeming process on C store vouchers. It takes extremely long when you have to redeem multiple vouchers at once. Why couldn't we just use our cell phone number that shows the total value of usable vouchers instead of having to type in your cell phone number after each voucher. Please implement an option where you could redeem the full total value of all the vouchers together when doing a purchase.

So far I have always received good service from the petrol station, but my rating is base on the app only. Besides editing your personal details and seeing how many entries you have, the app is pretty much useless 😕 😑 And if you see majority of the reviews don't get your hopes up for any rewards. I still use them still because of ucounts

I've been a loyal Caltex (now Astron client) for decades with all my personal & business vehicles topping up at Bruma, Jhb. Cannot complete Registrations via the sms link that I've received nor via the USSD Code. Valuable time wasted trying both, numerous times over. Error messages received on both, constantly. Doesn't appear to me that Astron SA has the correct Management & Team behind their rewards scheme. Certainly a very poor experience! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
