I can't even start to use the app... when I try to take a picture of my license, it says "scan your license" and then when it sees the license it swaps to "adjust your license" and then doesn't do anything, no matter where I put the license. In the light, in the dark, flat, straight, diagonal, half-in the frame... nothing works. It seems like a great app, would like to be able to use it Edit - update fixed the issue and the rest of the experience went smoothly. Great app, easy to use 👍

App is unusable. When clicking continue on the "ID check complete" page, an error is presented that states "system unavailable". This error has been present on multiple wifis, mobile data and stays after the app is closed and reopened. I love the idea of this app, but it falls apart when users can not even access it. Is working now. Possible bug, hopefully fixed now.

Can't even create an account. App insists i'm offline despite trying multiple wifi connections and mobile data. I've been trying for 3 days, and I emailed anzplushelp on the first day with still no response. Disappointing. Edit: 18 days, still no response from support email, still can't get into the app. No other method of support offered except in-app which is useless when I can't get into the app to begin with. I give up. Would rate zero stars if I could.
