For an app that is constantly updating, it is without exception THE worst piece of 💩 banking app! Constantly timing out IF it works 😡🤬 I'm closing my account & going with BUNQ, cheaper service, more intuitive app & I can actually check my balance without stressing out whether I can or cannot access balance/funds!! Don't even bother with the, "please email us at..." Why should I have to? Much easier & less stressful to close my account & move to a "bank" that works!!

Terrible app, been using it for years (for as long as I've had an account with an post) and the app throughout its versions have been consistently bad. From being slow or unresponsive to crashing, to sudden security measures that make it harder to use. 90% of the time I can't make online payments because I need to confirm them on the app and the notification just never appears or my payments are blocked for an unexplained reason with no option to confirm at all. Poor experience. Stay away.

Very poor app. Doesn't link accounts. Can't list in and out transactions separately... lots of other features missing. Customer service dreadful. Phones are seldom answered and normal waiting time is over an hour. Emails seldom replied to. The last 3 weeks I have not been able to log into the app. If I am lucky I get as far as a security check. I have not been able to check my transactions. Left waiting 1 hour and 20 mins on the phone trying to get an agent. I was told someone from IT wo
