It has a few bugs that needs to be fix for example when I click one of the option in their menu, it only show you a white screen. The credit score is very accurate because it's almost what I have in credit karma. I like the way it looks but I feel it needs improvement. So far I haven't talk to the financial assistance so I can't tell if that part of their app is good or not. Therefore, I give 2.5 star just because you can see you credit score and talk to their financial assistance.

Very inconsistent,, not the people because the customer service is great I'm talkin about the tech support like rn I can't pull a cash advance because it still says processing its been over 24 hours and here it is Saturday still processing now I have to wait till monday they normally have my cash advance ready it's very irritating because I rely on that

They've updated things and now I can't request a new card nor can I even receive a new cash advance because I can't request the new card and there's no update available for the app but yet tech support is suppose to help fix the issue.
