With the Andel Energi app, you always have your electricity price in your pocket, and you can easily follow your electricity consumption. You can also see which energy sources your power comes from right now and for the next 24 hours. And then you get tips and tricks that make it easier for you to save on your electricity bill and have a more climate-friendly consumption.
The price of electricity goes up and down. And if you have an electricity agreement with a variable hourly price, your electricity price changes hour by hour. Therefore, it may be a good idea to keep an eye on the electricity price, so that you can perhaps move the laundry or the charging of the electric car away from the most expensive hours to the cheapest times. If you have an electricity contract with a fixed electricity price around the clock, it can actually still pay for you to keep an eye on your total price for electricity. The price for transporting your electricity changes during the day.
Typically, you can experience lower electricity prices at night, when there is the least load on the electricity grid. It is also during the night hours that the price for transporting your electricity is lowest.

Hi. I have used the desktop widget since first installing this app, as I like to go directly to the days hourly price. However it has been broken for at least 2 months. It just shows a broken ui where the graph should be. Please fix it! (Update: fixed by reinstall, thank you!) Loading performance could be better sometimes but overall I think the app is very useful 😁

Hi David - we've looked into your issue but we're unable to reproduce the problem. It may be that the app is stuck in a unusual state somewhere. The simplest way to reset is to delete the app and reinstall - hopefully this will solve it. Best regards Steve

It is a horrible experience to use this app. most of tgectime it is not working - it requires multiple "in and out" for it to show something. I just want to see the hourly prices, but now it is not there or very well hidden, I assume it is done, so they get more money out of people pockets

It used to work, but for about a year now, it hasn't. As others have reported, during starting, where it shows the 'rotating squares', they just disappear and a white screen with absolutely no text or graphics is instead displayed indefinitely. You have said it has been fixed, but it is not. Can be it has to do with the fact that my google account is in UK. But I have a DK property with supply from Andel Energy, so I should have access to the app as well. Very frustrated.
