First impression is rather quite bad. Tichets in the app are more expensive than when bought in the cinema (how come?). Quite unfriendly process os selecting seats (super dinky icons). Knowing what and how certain discount was selected is impossible. Application besides is crazy slow to load content even on 5g internet connection. Looking good but still buying tickets in the cinames is less frustrating, easier, cheaper and faster. Do not recommend this app.

User friendly and easy to navigate. In the very few times that I have used the application I didn't face any glitches and it worked fine, more frequent usage is required to be able to spot any problems with the App. The ability to pre order snacks, popcorn and beverages and skip the lines is a really nice and appreciated feature. Be aware that purchasing via the app comes with a paid fee.

Good app but your female security staff in the cinemas are too aggressive and unfriendly! I bought many food items from the cinema but she would not let me take 1 small bottle of water in my bag!! She made me remove it in front of many people. Bad service!
