I try to scan an item, I follow all directions with a clear logo and picture, but it still doesn't read it. The other times I've tried to scan, it is the wrong item, and is unable to be deleted from my shelf. Edit: It now scans items which is the function of the app. However, it gives a very vague statement about the items, and I don't feel as i learned much about the item or what to use instead

I would rate it a 3 stars since the app is lacking other products. But I am happy they included local skincare products in my country such as Klued, Dermorepubliq, Luxe Organix, and many more. I hope they could add more brands and products in this app and help me with my journey on skincare. Thank you for this app.

It needs a lot more products to choose and sometimes it logs different product so it is nice if you can remove the wrong product on your shelf and it would be nice if there are tips on how to use the product and recommendations on what products you can try
