The book talks about 11 patterns and ways of thinking that successful, distinguished, creative people, leaders and thinkers exhibit, it is not a requirement that you possess all these patterns of thinking in its best form and way, but the book guides you to the existence of these patterns of thinking and the importance of All style. What really distinguishes the book is its clear structure, in each style the book adequately explains about it, and then it mentions in the form of points of importance of this pattern in working life and the basic features of people who are distinguished by thinking in this style, all supported by short stories from the writer's reality or Famous stories or examples from the reality we all live in. After that, the author (in each pattern as well) and in the form of points gives advice and tips for acquiring and developing this style of thinking and how to apply it in reality.
