This app is terrible. First of all, the app does not tell you that if you reset your password, this also resets your credentials to be able to connect to your router. When you click on the update SSID option, I can only get it to display the 2.4 GHz network even though I'm clearly on a 5 gigahertz network. All other devices work properly. The ability to use speed test seem to be gone or all of their documentation is out of date. This is truly disappointing.

absolutely horrible management. kids can bypass parental control easily. can't disable wps, can't keep kids from using random hardware addresses, schedules don't keep devices off, pause doesn't keep devices off. access changes appear to go through, then you see kids on device that you just blocked. if I could give negative stars I would.

Perfect, but... I can't pay my bill through the app. And if i could pay by app, it's not convenient to find.
