I just installed this app and have succeeded opening my bank account online. The problem is now I cannot login back into the app. It keep saying that Internet connection is lost and to try again later. There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection, all my other banking apps could login just fine. Its quite disappointing, since I was planning on using this app to track my savings.

Hi i think u should fix this apps because the interface is so bad and inconvenient for users. Unlike other banking apps, they offer a beautiful, organized interface that facilitates important transactions. Additionally, should improve the system application security to avoid scammers and so on.. I HOPE PARTIES MUST TAKE SENSITIVITY AND TAKE ACTION TO ENSURE USER SATISFACTION, BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE GIVE FEEDBACK THAT IS LESS SATISFACTORY..thanks

Worst banking app. I'm using a Samsung Note 10 lite and the app forced me to upgrade when i needed to do an urgent transaction. So i upgraded then it tells me to unbind my phone and key in my details, which i duly carried out. After that, i had to login but it refuses to let me in! It says that i've keyed in the wrong username and password. Am i blind or something because i keyed it in corectly! Alliance Bank, this is one way to lose your customers and trust. Seriously, fire you app developer!!!
