So far things are good and (maybe) bad on Android Samsung S7. Most everything works as expected, but selecting the Config tab crashes the app. Now the Samsung S7 is both rather old and rather a small device to run MixPad. So I'll try a larger android tablet soon. Just wanted to note this so the (excellent) team at A&H has this feedback. Note that this occurred with a Demo connection, which may not be reflective of a connection to an actual device.

So far, I love the cq18t mixer, and the app has worked very well with it. Some minor complaints are when you change scenes on the mixer, not all parameters are affected like stereo linking channels and sometimes the output names stay the same. This is only a problem since I share the mixer with another band. I've had to change output names for monitors to general things like "vocals" to combat that problem. Overall though, great mixer!

This app (and the CQ mixers) is the real deal. Good for someone looking into transitioning from Analog to Digital mixers. A couple og things to consider on the app's update: *Make the app usable on smaller screens (ie, on phones too, not just tablets) *Make an option to lock screen within app while displaying the contents. It'll eliminate the risk of accidentally changing any mix and also make sure that I have visibility on my controls everytime.
