Terrible application. The previous one was faster, in performance and UX, and less convoluted. Clearly the designers here focused on a fancy looking UI, which hid a lot of the previous main screen functionalities behind a few extra steps. Show/hide account balance takes a few seconds to process, it used to be instant. Don't fix something that was not broken.

New version doesn't work and has many frequent bugs and errors. It keeps saying "please update the app" and it is already updated to the latest version. Other issues include not updating ID automatically (you have to physically go to the bank), bad OTP experience, issues when adding new beneficiary (it just says "error"), and slow experience compared to previous version

New app wont open ,I can't log in ..tried like 20 times .I can't make any transactions. My ID expired but bank won't update automatically, I have to update in the app which won't open.Im so frustrated and considering switching to another bank
