About this app

The DIADA Project app is an easy and simple way to assess your mood, symptoms of depression, and your way of using alcohol. This will help you understand the impact it can have on your daily life, learn more about your health, and make it easier for you to discuss these issues with your doctor.

Depression and alcohol use problems are health conditions that affect many people in the world. Despite being frequent conditions, people find it difficult to ask for help and to overcome them in part because they do not know how to express how they feel or do not recognize the symptoms.

The DIADA application is a quick way to identify the symptoms of these conditions (depression and alcohol use) and also to measure the impact of these symptoms on daily life. In addition, you will be able to assess the severity of the symptoms of these conditions so that you can use them as the first step in the recovery process.

Our app contains learning material on these conditions and would allow you to discuss the results with your doctor for better health outcomes. Lastly, it also helps you to interpret the results and to be able to track your symptoms yourself over time.
