Basically a decent App, but WHY you never fix the bugs is ridiculous. When you sign on & go to start a health check, every time, the message of Site NOT REDPONDING pop's up. Says close app or wait. This needs to be fixed immediately. It's been going on for over a yr. Would appreciate thus issue being fixed The offices receiving the info we put in have said we get complaints all the time about the glitch error.

UPDATE: Reached out. They said un-install / re-install. Fixed connectivity issue for app. Cant say for the website. I've been using this service /app to report results since 2012. But whatever changed in the last couple of weeks, stinks. App won't load to report or order supplies. Website the same even if done on desktop. Can't report, can't order supplies. WHAT GIVES? This stuff is life saving. Why are we messing it up??? 🤬

App worked fine for a couple years straight. Now, it has many hang-ups, force closes and even after reinstalling, it doesn't allow me to login properly. It also bars me from accessing the app entirely when trying to force close and restart the app myself by crashing instantly upon opening. The only fix for this is to uninstall and reinstall but then it just cycles the same issues.
