Really easy to use app. I love being able to order ahead. Easy to customize your drink with different ice levels, sweetness, and toppings. Welcome offer of $10 off $15 is awesome, as well as the four weeks of Bogo coupons they give you after your first purchase.

Points don't accrue accurately. Store won't allow use of accrued points. And the WORST, the devaluation of points in the transfer from the previous app. I have reported the business and this app to the State, turns out I'm not the only one dealing with their consumer fraud.

my favorite milk tea store, now has very good app to order! I can schedule a pickup time in advance even before the store is open! Nice
