Glitchy. The app has a favorite order option that consistently doesn't work properly. When it does work it takes about 11 choices just to order the same drink from the same store using the same credit card. App is slow and always starts on a screen asking to rate your store visit. I use the app to order a drink on the way to the store to pick it up. Very cumbersome for that purpose. Should have a one button reorder option. They don't. The favorite order option they do have rarely works.

I have not been able to use the app since it was updated earlier this year. I could input an order all the way to payment and then the carrot/orange processing icons would stay on continual loop. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I can't even log in. I have lost several rewards and I'm so frustrated. One of the main reasons I enjoyed Nekter was the ability to purchase through the app, earn rewards, and pickup my order.

Suddenly the app started saying it cannot place the order and the store is not yet open or will close before order is done. Check the store location and they are open, some issue with the app. Tried updating the app and still same issue. After a while I realized I was trying to reorder my usual order and the app may have broken backwards compatibility with order format. Tried ordering from scratch and make your own juice option was gone. Wait some more time and the option is back. Finally!
