The app keeps losing connection with the robot vacuum. No matter how close I am to it, it loses connection. Bluetooth and location are on. I have to reset vacuum repeatedly. I have to manually reset the connection using my robot vacuum. And it still loses connection This app is completely useless.

Poorly designed app with extremely shoddy (i.e. non-existent) "support". Notifications are great but various limitations prevent effective automations. Lack of analytics to understand performance and no export options of data to manually do so. No dark mode (useful for OLED). Did I mention the support was non-existent??

Works pretty good with some annoyances specific to the vacuum. The vacuum will not, no matter what, go in the direction you point it. If you use the remote to aim it in a direction, that is the only direction it will not go. If you pick it up and set it down pointing the direction you want it to go, it will NOT go that direction. So if you try to aim it down a hall it's missed a couple days in a row you literally can't... It will turn and go in a different direction 100 pct of the time.
