I have the admin apps, and have acces to all outlets on my phone, unfortunately i cannot disable sound notification,it is quite annoying, when received multiple order at one time, im not work at the store, i just control and manage the backend monitoring..i hve all other apps in which i can adjust the setting as i pleased..please look into this matter ya..tks

Auto logout as and when. More often start of the day opening app, but have encountered within the day when the app has been open. Good thing I checked every now and then, but very tiring and worrying ... Not sure if we have annoyed any potential customers orders not being fulfilled.

Incomplete apps still have room to improve. Compare to GrabFood Merchant lack many basic funtion. ie Auto printing order receipt and screen off time. Totally diffrent from the picture shown. Menu setting is missing.
