Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

This app and company are a complete scam! Just made an account loaded money onto it went to cash out to test it's speed and functions and guess what if you live in the United States you can not cash out to your bank without $2,000 minimum or without transferring money to another app to change the currency to then transfer to another app from there! Asked the support for some help and they do nothing at all completely Do not care! Knowingly deceive you to get your money stuck on the app like mine
