About this app
With Aimo in your pocket, you are ready to park in multi-storey and outdoor car parks in both big cities and smaller places. We have parking facilities in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Örebro, Sundsvall, Östersund, Helsingborg, Uppsala, Lund, Halmstad, Jönköping, Norrköping, Borlänge, Eskilstuna, Falun, Kungsbacka, Linköping, Västerås, Nynäshamn, Umeå and more. We also have car parks at large ski resorts like Sälen and Åre.
Aimo is the new app from Aimo Park. It replaces our previous parking app, MobilPark. During a transitional period, both apps can be used at Aimo Park facilities which accept our app as a payment method, no matter which of the two apps appears on the signage. If you have previously used MobilPark, you can create a new account with Aimo using the same e-mail adress and your saved vehicles and payment cards will be transferred automatically.
App features:
- Find a parking space with ease using the search and map function
- Start your parking session in just a few taps
- Get reminders and extend your session using the app, from wherever you are
- Pay by card and get a receipt direct in the app or via email
How to get started with the app:
1. Download Aimo and create an account
2. Add the payment method you want to use
3. Select a parking zone, registration number and time
4. Start your parking session
The zone code makes sure you have the right location and allows our parking attendants to verify that you have paid for your parking session using their handheld computers. You manage your own parking session entirely via your phone, without needing to go to a machine or put a ticket in your windscreen.
Price: The app is free to download. When you pay for your parking via the app, a service fee is added, which can vary between cities and facilities. In the app, you see the total cost (parking fee plus service fee) before starting your parking.

A completely disastrous app. Logs me out, doesn't remember my credentials. When I try to reset my password, it sends a code to my email and when I open my email, the app page expires so I have to restart the process, but the same thing happens. Doesn't work to add my payment card. Crashes. Can't choose the amount of time parked apart from the present 2, 4 or 6 hours. Horrible. Expensive as well

Are you kidding me? This is the third time that there is a new app for parking! And somehow, it still gets worse every time there is a new one! Useful features get removed (the wheel or at least scrolling for time input) and new buggy mess gets introduced. It takes so much time to input everything again. Importing from the old app did not work the first time. I'm convinced that this is just a plot to get more parking fines from people who don't have time to mess around with new app every year.

The app design is awful. I guess this is where you want to hire a UX designer and learn from your rivals how they have solved the design in their parking apps. Picking a car and then time feels like an impossibility, and the app gets stuck at times and then I have to back out of it and restart. Why not have a wheel/analog clock to choose how long one wants to park? Learn from easyPark it's not that difficult making it user friendly. What has been shipped to consumers just isn't good enough.
