SMS OTP does not work on the app, website is not reachable outside SG now. How to use your services?? Please fix ASAP

Edit: Aaand the app no longer works for claims submissions. How hard can it ve to make an app that allows one to submit claims... Wow, the app actually works compared to the previous one and I can submit claims! It's incredibly slow, but it works!

Crucial dropdown feature (bank selection and claims submission) doesn't work AT ALL even after the "bug fix" on 29 Nov. have tried uninstalling and redownloading the app. Is nobody doing QA/QC for the app? there's another review that has reported the bug earlier.
