Quite OK but still no English. All other banks support it. Even if the officially dupported languages are only FI and SE, the other Aktia apps do support English.

When trying to renew a license from Google Play I never get an auth request. There's no possibility to turn off Aktia ID. Nobody answers in customer support in Aktia. The language is always Finnish, regardless of my setting. This is like the well known Russian perseensuristin, it doesn't fit and it doesn't buzz.

We apologize for the difficulties you have experienced. Do note that Aktia is a finnish bank and hence our languages of service are finnish and swedish but we do our best to help in english as well.
