People having issues of white screen showing when opening the app kindly follow the below procedure from app support. Mine is working properly now. Please follow the steps of Uninstall and Reinstall again. Once it is done clear the App Cache in “App Setting”. Follow the login steps through OTP Note: Android version 9 and above only are supported by the App. Regards, App Support

The app has become absolutely invasive in pushing surveys. Sometimes, we open the app to see a certain information, and are compelled to complete a number of surveys. Whosoever is designing this need to understand that people who are expected to use this app are employees, and not customers. On top of that, most of us do not have enough data limit to spend on invasive surveys.

App is a good tool. However, the star rating is not consistent. After every update, the rating reduces to zero. After latest update in February 2022, my 5 star rating has turned to Zero star. As per new TOE, a 5 star rated seafarer is liable to get additional performance bonus. This issue needs to be fixed. Mails and calls to support team go unanswered.
