Worked brilliantly for first 2-3 weeks, then lost all functionality of the timer sections. Tried the Live Chat to resolve but got an unable to help response, shortened my question on several occasions, still same response. Even when I typed "useless" it was still unable to help. The picture indicate you can set up a Group Schedule but this feature isn't available in the app, which is disappointing. Contacted support as advised but got no response

Poor app. Timer function from the app not working so unable to set or change timers for the plugs. Pretty pointless since that's the point of the all. Tried contacting multiple times but no reply. I've emailed address as mentioned and they were unable to help either. Just told me to do the things I'd already told them I'd done

I have the Osaio "smart" plugs. Every few days Google Home is unable to trigger them. I've re-authenticated many times, doesn't make any difference. Open the app and manually click them, works fine. Don't have this problem with my other smart plugs. Drives me crazy.
