Worst, stupid app I ever downloaded. There isbsupposed to be a distinction between Mercy Care AHCCCS (my old coverage) and Mercy Care RBHA (my new coverage). There are even 2 separate apps, listed accordingly in Google Play but not apps only use the old AHCCCS data, saying that my coverage is inactive. I know times are hard but somebody wake up a coder from IT to fix this stupid problem.

Its a great app where we can access most of the portal features in handheld device. The branding of Mercy Care RBHA looks good too.

I've only been able to get into this app one time. It freezes up after I put in my user ID and password and just does nothing.
