A well needed mprovement over the horrible previous app. Has some bugs and does not exit when using the back on Android. I have to close off manually each time.

You updated your system and app and I now have to reach out to customer support each time an order is delivered, after the 48 hours have passed. My packages aren't mislabeled- they have my name and account number so I don't understand why the increase in effort after an update thats supposed to result in better customer experience. Is this a ploy to force me to use your portal and buy through your site? I hope not.

useless where do I go to order? the user interface keeps changing and it shows regression not progression
