What used to be the best free app out there is now AWFUL. The functionality is completely counterintuitive. The fonts are too small (making reading the date virtually impossible). Even the most basic function (posting scores) is difficult to do. This is a very big disappointment. With the new handicapping system and daily changes to handicaps using the app should be much much easier. Please bring back the previous version!

Absolutely fine for posting scores. I wish the gps portion of the app were compatible with Android/Samsung watches. I use another app with that support to keep score during the round and then manually input the statistics into ghin separately. Would love to use the same app but having to pull my phone out of my pocket for every shot just slows play down too much.

Basic app has been fine. But then they just introduced the GPS features. They seem accurate enough. But 2 major deficiencies: 1) it is the worst battery suck I've seen in years. This is such a well known optimization that the GHIN s/w engineers should be ashamed. 2) both green views default to north as point of reference to the top of your phone. Not what you'd expect and not obvious until you look really close to see the green shape is off kilter.
