Aroma is something that can only be felt, as long as we are alive we can smell various kinds of flavors that we like and even some that we don't like, and likewise in the afterlife we ​​can feel the aroma of pleasure which of course is again impossible for our minds to believe. but in fact the aroma can be felt maybe also as a form of pleasure which is often called the pleasures of the hereafter.



One of the wonders that a celestial expert could experience was that its fragrance could already be smelled hundreds of thousands of kilometers away, so denizens of the celestials would be able to smell the fragrance of heaven even though they were still traveling within hundreds of thousands of kilometers, all because of how strong the fragrance was and the pleasure it brought. inside is so big, even though you don't know where the paradise is.



Even though the smell of heaven is so strong, there are also people who cannot feel the smell of heaven because of the great sin or crime they have committed during their life on earth and when they die they have not repented. As narrated by Abdullah bin Amer ra: Rasulullah saw said "Whoever kills someone, he is promised that he will not be able to smell heaven, even though the smell of heaven can be felt in a journey of 40 years. (Jawahirul Bukhari Hal 511)



Also the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever kills, he will not be able to smell heaven even though the smell of heaven can be smelled from a 40 year journey". felt in the course of 500 years. The smell of heaven cannot be smelled by humans who seek the world by using the deeds of the afterlife". (al-Jami'u Ash-Shaghir thing: 164 Irsyadul ibad thing: 63 Chapter: riya')



The scent of heaven cannot be smelled by a murderer.

Killing is the act of taking the life of another person. And that is a grave sin, which if you want to repent, you must first recite qishas. Killing is an act that abruptly breaks one's hopes, dreams, friendships, this can also be interpreted to precede the provisions of the creator, namely Allah. Even though this is Allah's destiny for humans who are killed, namely to die by being killed, but this precedes Allah's will by taking away the human life.



A murderer is a candidate for the inhabitants of hell and makes him unable to smell heaven which can be smelled from a radius of 500 years of travel. Making the soul separate from the body is an act that is hated by Allah and by anyone who knows about it. And killing will also leave grief for the family of the murdered who is left behind, therefore the sins of the killer will be multiplied.



The smell of a newborn is described as the smell of heaven, like the words of Rosululloh :"The smell of a baby (comes) from the smell of heaven. (Al-Jami'u ash-shagir p: 164) This does not mean that the smell of heaven is like the smell of a new baby born, but the figurative form that a newborn baby is holy, sinless and if he dies he will definitely go to heaven.Therefore, the presence of a baby's smell is described as the smell of heaven.
