Absolute frauds! Tried to book a ticket and it showed competitive prices, and right before making the payment, shot up the price by 8%. I closed the app and booked through another at the original fare 5 minutes later. Stop scamming people to fill your fat pockets. Edit- for the reply: I'm not talking about the convenience fee. The base fare was increased by 8% in your app, yet It was the same in PayTM as well as MakeMyTrip even after a few minutes. So it wasn't changed by the airline.

Hi Laukik, we maintain total transparency and show the price before you pay. We apologize for the inconvenience but would like to clarify you that airline charges are controlled by the airlines and only a convenience fee is added later. Change in fare depends on multiple factors like
Demand, Travel Time and Hour etc. and can change constantly.

While they say its a user friendly search, it is opposite of it. This is an app in making and has got flaws. despite applying specfic airport filters, I starts showing up other airports confusing the customer. On top of that the team is putting up the blame on customer as to it is how the product is supposed to work. This would need atleast an year to mature and compete with the bigger ones. plus the highlights are not that great. they get easily missed. lot of work to be done

It's evident that Adani One engages in deceptive practices. They advertise hotel rooms as fully refundable at a low price, only to unveil a substantial convenience fee upon payment. Worse still, if you attempt to cancel, you'll find this fee is non-refundable. Unlike reputable portals like MakeMyTrip and Cleartrip, Adani One resorts to fraudulent tactics. In my case, despite providing supporting documents for a medical emergency, they callously refused to refund the convenience fee!
