The Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus (Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses dated January 6, 2021 No. 91-Z) is the only law on administrative offenses in force on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The norms of other legislative acts providing for administrative liability are an integral part of the legislation on administrative offenses and are subject to application taking into account the provisions of this Code and inclusion in it. The Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, generally recognized principles of international law and norms of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, other international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus, national traditions, social and cultural values of the Belarusian people.
